Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take longer than usual.

We partner with trusted suppliers to ship products directly to our customers. Shipping times vary depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Any customs duties or import taxes imposed once the shipment reaches its destination are the responsibility of the customer.


Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.


Multiple Packages

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This means you could receive more than one package, possibly on different dates.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply.


Delays & Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within 45 days, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
